House League & FUNdamentals Registration for the 2013/2014 season is now open

House League & FUNdamentals Registration Instructions for the 2013/2014 Season:

2. If you have never registered online using QuickEnrollment before, you will need to setup a registration profile.  This can be done by CLICKING HERE and following the instructions provided.

3. If you have forgotten your QuickEnrollment password, you can recover it by CLICKING HERE and following the instructions provided.

 

Registration Information

• As we are a community-based association, we will accept registrations (space permitting) from children who live within the following postal codes first: M4N, M4P, M4R, M4S, M4T, M4V, M5M, M5N and M5P

• If you live outside of the above-mentioned postal codes but played in House League hockey with the NTHA in the 2012/2014 season (NOT including FUNdamentals), your application will be accepted (space permitting).

• If you live outside of the above-mentioned postal codes and did NOT play hockey with the NTHA in the 2012/2013 season, your application will be held until June 1st at which time it will be reviewed and accepted if space allows. We will not be able to accommodate teammate requests (except for siblings).

• After you register, your application will be reviewed and you will be emailed once your application has been approved.

Other Important Information

• The schedules referred to on our website are preliminary.
• All programs offered and the preliminary times indicated are subject
  to change as a result of registration numbers and other reasons
• House League coaches will contact players prior to the start of the
  season with respect to team placement.

Registration with "One Team Only" Rule

Due to Hockey Canada and GTHL rules, a player may not participate in more than one hockey team/association. This includes the non-contact league. If a player is found to be playing for more than one organization at any time, they will be asked to leave NT and will not receive a refund of any amount.

Fees

NT FUNdamentals - $450 per season
Tyke - $525 per season

Minor Novice - $525 per season

Novice - $525 per season

Minor Atom - $500 per season

Atom - $500 per season

Peewee - $350 per season

Bantam - $350 per season

Minor Midget -$350 per season

Midget//Juvenile -$350 per season

Refunds

• Houseleague ONLY players - prior to July 31, players may withdraw and receive a refund less a $75.00 admin fee.
• Houseleague ONLY players - will not receive any refund starting August 1st - unless there is a wait list. If there is a waitlist, then above policy applies.
• Select Players - that have ACCEPTED a spot with a team, and then want to be released at any time after, will not receive any refund on their HL registration fees.
• Select Players - that have ACCEPTED a spot on the team, and then ask to be released at any time after, will in addition be responsible for any costs/deposits incurred to date (e.g. team deposit, clothing purchases). Such situations may be reviewed by the Select Committee in consultation with team staff.
• Players who have tried out for Select - once a player has attended their first NT Select tryout, but have not been offered and/or accepted a spot, they may receive a refund on HL fees equal to their HL fee less a $100.00 admin fee.
